  • Community Forklift: Home Essentials Program

    Community Forklift provides building materials and other home essentials free-of-cost to households with limited resources. Since 2011, Community Forklift has provided over $540,000 of materials to neighbors in need to improve their homes. Click here for more information.

  • Maryland Durable Medical Equipment Re-Use

    The Maryland Department of Aging provides FREE durable medical equipment to Marylanders with any illness, injury, or disability, regardless of age, at no cost. Click here for more information

  • Prince George's County Elderly Property Tax Credit

    As outlined in County Bill CB-029-2022, Prince George’s County will provide up to a 20% credit of the County portion of the property tax bill, including any Homeowners and Homestead Credit (total max of 20%), for up to 5 years to qualified homeowners. To be eligible for this credit the applicant must meet all the criteria as of June 30, 2024, to receive the credit for Fiscal Year 2025, which is tax billing period July 01, 2024 - June 30, 2025.     The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls. You can register your home or mobile phone for free. After you register, other types of organizations may still call you, such as charities, political groups, debt collectors and surveys.
